doesnt comfort come both ways..

a group of us (oh well them) came up with a poem during creativity lesson todae.. we were given a picture of a chair and told to write a poem on it.. cool rite.. but not for me cause i'm bad at languages so i was stoning during that time while the other people could come out wif great verses.. the only thing i could do was read the whole thing out later for my group.. heh.. oh well.. let me share the poem wif u guys.. ha.. wonder who are the people who reads.. haha...

With past that's dark & mysterious
I shall not be vulnerable
I shall be a tower of strength
Proudly bearing the weight of your worries

Soft, smooth & sleek
I welcome you with open arms
Sink into my luxurious leather
Bask in my glorious comfort

Strong, sturdy & reliable
That's what it seems to me
But beneath the facade I protray
I'm worn out, broken & torn
What you see is not what you get

Seeking comfort you clamour for me
Feeling all your worries cease
They say seek and you shall find
But where does my comfort lie?

the picture we got was a black chair with a black foot stool.. a picture taken from ikea.. one of those chair that ikea has that a machine keeps pushing on it one.. aniwae besides this peom, we were told to choose a picture of a chair and pretend that it was us.. we were to desceibe the chair and come up with a story of the chair.. like those autobiography we did in primary school.. haha.. there was the siamese twins story, the triplets and adopted siblings, the lesbian parents and their adopted schizo child and demented grandma.. oh well.. whole chunk of wierd but cool lesson.. it was fun we were given opportunities to explore and come up stuff with out creativity.. one of the best lesson cause it's fun and slack.. haha..
