ok.. the whole frantic process started when i touched down back in singapore from thailand about 2 weeks ago.. there were lots of things to do.. the to do list was endless.. there was packing to be done, shopping to be done, meeting ppl to be done.. so many things to do and yours truly here has a problem with multi-tasking..
so she began with meeting up with her housemates on day 1.. they discussed on the stuff they need to do, who to sleep where, and so forth..
after that, she began packing some stuff here and there.. buying lots of other things.. ha.. then she spent more time staring at her luggages and imagine how they will look like if they are packed than really packing the stuff... ha.. oh well.. then she goes into denial.. so she does everything else than pack her stuff nicely.. the best time of the day is when her dad comes back from work.. cox he will pack her luggage.. ha.. he's really good and organising and stuffing things.. ha.. his daughter didnt quite inherit that gene.. ok.. so amidst all the packing, she filled up her schedule with lots of meet ups.. ha..
so.. last wed she met her jc class for badminton.. ha.. exercise..cool.. great to catch up with them though it was a short time.. then she met her buddy, xian.. last thurs, she met up with her fyp mates, and her fyp mentors and the other groups that he mentored for dinner.. shiok place in serangoon.. nice ambience.. they ate italian.. then last fri she went to her aunt's hse for dinner.. and her aunt cooked the dishes she like.. yum yum.. then she played mahjong with her cousin, aunt and cousin's bf... she won.. can you believe it.. haha..
sat.. she went for ventures activity.. great time.. one last time she saw nature in singapore.. and her ventures bid her farewell..
then sun she had family gathering at her place.. she played with her cousins and talked to her aunts and uncle..
monday she went for a day camp by her future workplace.. it was fun.. getting to know other ppl, cooking, first aid and self-defense course, and bbq.. ha..
tues.. she went to her aunt's place carrying heavy books for her cousin.. then she met up wif mrs tan and ms khoo for tea.. it was an exp place.. ha.. but she enjoyed her time.. then she went to cc to meet up with the yec to haf dinner at a korean bbq.. haha.. fun and nice but the food kinda exp.. then we went to some taiwan place next to the cheese prata shop for drinks.. cox we only had wine at the bbq.. but the food and drinks suck at that taiwanese place.. yucks..
wed she met up with bixia to buy bag pack.. then met xian for lunch... dinner met serene, chungming, jin hsien and edwin khoo.. ha.. so long nv see some of them.. we ate at pasta de waraku.. nice and had dessert in mof.. i like the green tea ice cream there..
thurs.. she did her packing.. looking thru if she missed out anything.. then she met her kor for late lunch.. it has been ages since she last saw him.. ha.. he as blur with roads.. ha.. well.. he did some last min checks if i got most of the things i need.. luckily he did so.. if not i wouldnt haf rmb abt the laptop lock.. ha.. then had dinner with my parents.. we went chinatown to change money.. with my late lunch, i didnt haf appetite for full meal, so i ate cheng teng which was a disappointment.. then her bro bought for her laksa for supper.. yupyup..
fri.. xian came over to get some stuff and pass me some stuff.. then she and her bro had some bonding time together at thai express.. the food wasnt that great.. but she enjoyed her time.. then she went to her aunt's hse to return some stuff and off she went to invade minli's place.. minli pass her a huge photo of her venture unit.. nice nice.. like the expression of everyone's face..
it has been great to be able to meet up with my frenz and relatives.. thanks for all the gifts and messages.. i feel like with the stuff i brought, it's so much.. ha.. shall shut my bags tmr..going to temple to pray to my grandparents tmr.. tell them i'm leaving for a yr.. my feelings are kinda numbed at this point in time.. the excitement seemed to have wear off.. the apprehensiveness is lost in my stressful situation.. oh well.. guess home sick wouldnt be so great unless i really nd to hide.. ha..
